Ring-Tails spend more time on the ground than any other Lemur.

It's another great Michigan summer, which means it's construction season! No worries though, the Zoo will remain open 364 days this year, and some of the construction is on a new exhibit! We'll keep you posted on what's happening inside and outside of the Zoo all summer long.
We're really excited to be building our Eurasian eagle owls a new home here at PPZ. The foundation is down, and we're waiting on some supplies to arrive to start putting up the holding. The new exhibit will be right behind the current eagle owl location, which is in front of Wings from Down Under. Learn more about our eagle owls.
The big red bard has a newly refinished roof, and the area is back open full time!
