Between 1 and 3 p.m. the animals will be having a pre-celebration to kick off the excitement of the BIG game between the Michigan State Spartans and the University of Michigan Wolverines. The animals will be making their prediction on the outcomes of the game\, based on their enrichment choices. \nShow your team spirit by wearing your team colors. \n  \n-ALSO on October 6! –  \n  \nTailgate with the Animals  \nThis isn’t your typical tailgate. DESCRIPTION:*Registration Required for This Event* \nFALCONERS is designed to allow children or adults of all ages with special needs and unique challenges (such as autism or developmental disabilities) and their whole family to have an enriching educational experience in a safe\, welcoming and sensory friendly environment. There will be one sensory friendly event in Lansing\, Michigan per month throughout 2019. \nFALCONERS Special Boo at the Zoo! \nFriday\, October 18: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM \nFor our October activity\, we will be hosting a very special evening of Boo at the Zoo\, our annual sensory-friendly Halloween event! It will take place Friday\, October 18 from 5:00-7:30 PM. The zoo will be closed to the public at this time\, so you can enjoy many aspects of the public event but without the crowds. Participants are welcome to come in costume if they wish.
