Their sensitivity to environmental change also makes them important indicators of environmental health\, sparking numerous efforts to understand the causes and geographic distribution of their decline. \nDuring our two sessions\, volunteers will learn about basic amphibian biology\, wetland habitats\, and how to identify local frog and toads by their behavior and mating calls. As a citizen scientist\, their observations will be uploaded to a national database. This is a great opportunity for adults and families alike to get outdoors and experience our native wildlife. Here is what the night will include: \n  \n• EXCLUSIVE access to the zoo before and after the painting session. \n• Paint a puzzle painting starts at 6pm – includes locally designed wood puzzle and everything you need to paint with plus expert instruction. \n• Light snacks and refreshments provided. \n• Themed Trivia. \n• Door prizes. \n• Q & A with the experts at the zoo. \n  \nCome celebrate red pandas  in-person or with your kit at home! Part of the proceeds raised by the Society will be donated to the Red Panda Network. For the in-person event\, space is limited to 50 participants and masks will be required while indoors.
