Fall and the holiday season are just around the corner, and we’re inviting families, businesses, organizations and community groups to help make Potter Park Zoo’s seasonal celebrations even more special!
Our Dress-A-Skeleton and Trim-A-Tree sponsorship programs are back for 2026, giving you the chance to get creative while supporting the Zoo. Whether you’re looking to add some spooky flair to Boo at the Zoo, bring some holiday cheer to Wonderland of Lights, or do both, there’s an option for you!
Dress-A-Skeleton
Our Dress-A-Skeleton program returns for its second year and is the perfect way to get creative for Halloween!
Sponsor a life-sized skeleton and decorate it however you’d like. Make it funny, spooky, festive or completely unique. Your creation will be displayed throughout the Zoo during Boo at the Zoo, giving thousands of guests the opportunity to see your creativity.

- You decorate your skeleton: $125
- Zoo staff decorate your skeleton: $150
Whether you’re decorating with your family, coworkers or organization, Dress-A-Skeleton is a fun way to become part of one of the Zoo’s biggest fall traditions.
Trim-A-Tree
Looking ahead to the holiday season? Our long-running Trim-A-Tree program gives you the chance to sponsor and decorate a tree that will become part of our Wonderland of Lights celebration.
Bring your family, team or organization together to create a festive tree for our guests to enjoy throughout the holiday season.
Choose your sponsorship:
- You decorate your tree: $225
- Zoo staff decorate your tree: $275
Your tree will help add to the festive atmosphere of Wonderland of Lights while giving your group a fun opportunity to celebrate the season together.
Do Both and Save!
Can’t choose between spooky and festive? You don’t have to!
Our bundle option lets you participate in both Dress-A-Skeleton and Trim-A-Tree with one sponsorship.
Bundle options:
- You decorate both: $300
- Zoo staff decorate both: $400
It’s a great way to make your mark on both of our seasonal celebrations while saving compared to sponsoring each program separately.
